A lot of delivery recruiters are good at their job and work somewhere that doesn’t fully recognise it.
BD wins the work. Delivery fills the roles.
Credit doesn’t always follow.
That’s not how this business operates.
Delivery is treated as a core revenue function. The people running the business understand what good delivery looks like and what it’s worth.
They’ve grown to £5m+ turnover with a team of seven and they’re busy. There are live roles, repeat clients and real demand already there.
You won’t be starting from zero. But you will be expected to get up to speed quickly and contribute.
You’ll run full delivery across software, cloud, data, cyber and digital roles.
Perm and contract.
Intake through to onboarding.
The environment is straightforward. No layers, no over-engineering. People are trusted to do their job.
This will suit someone who is:
- Strong on delivery
- Comfortable working at pace
- Structured in how they run process
- Commercially aware, even if delivery is their main strength
It could also suit a 360 tech recruiter who prefers the candidate side and wants a better platform to operate on.
