Senior Delivery Consultant

Leeds. Hybrid. Base £35k-£45k. OTE £55k to £65k.

IT Delivery Consultant with at least 3 years of hands-on delivery across software, data, cloud, cyber or digital roles required. This is not a TA role. Not resourcing for someone else's desk. It is full ownership of delivery across a busy tech consultancy with long-standing accounts and a high volume of live work.

What you will do

• Deliver permanent and contract roles across tech

• Source, qualify and shortlist with pace and accuracy

• Control processes end to end

• Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline

• Contribute to improving delivery operations as we scale

What they need

• 3 to 5 years IT delivery experience

• Contract experience preferred

• Clear, proven delivery approach

• Strong process discipline

• Confident working directly with senior stakeholders

Package

• £35k-£45k. OTE £55k to £65k.

• 10% on all billings

• 15% above annual target

• Hybrid: 2 to 3 days in Leeds

Progression

Real path to Head of Delivery for someone who can run and grow the function.
