There aren't many established European tech desks available in London.
Most firms have tried and quietly retreated. A couple of calls to DACH, a half-built France relationship then back to the UK.
This isn't that.
The client base exists. Germany and France. IT Infrastructure, Data, Cyber Security, Change and Transformation.
Senior perm, mid to senior level mandates, relationships that are already warm.
What's missing is the right person to run it.
The role
Pure 360, perm side, agency environment. You'll be managing existing accounts and developing new ones. This is a billing role, not a coordination role. One day a week in London on Fridays. Everything else is yours to manage.
Who this is for
You're currently working 360 in a recruitment agency. Not internal, not TA, not RPO. Fee-earning, business development, your own desk.
You're billing around £150k or above. You speak English and German or French to a level where you're genuinely useful in those markets, not just technically proficient.
You're looking at this because the European opportunity hasn't existed where you are and you've always thought it should be where your focus is.
