Most recruiters spend years developing another language, only to end up recruiting entirely within the UK.
This opportunity is different.
You'll join a privately owned, multilingual recruitment business with established technology clients across Germany and France. The relationships are already there. The reputation is already there. What they're looking for is someone to build on that foundation.
The role
You'll take ownership of a European permanent recruitment desk covering Germany and France.
Markets include:
• Infrastructure
• Data
• Cyber Security
• Change & Transformation
This is a genuine 360 role.
You'll inherit warm client relationships, develop new business and build your own market.
It's a billing role for someone who enjoys winning work, building relationships and growing a desk.
One day each week is spent in the London office on Fridays.
The rest is yours to manage.

About you
You're working in agency recruitment today.
You run a 360 desk. You enjoy business development and you're comfortable generating your own revenue.
Technology recruitment would be useful but isn't essential. Recent agency experience and a strong commercial mindset are.
Most importantly, you'll speak English plus either French or German to a professional level and want to use those language skills to build something genuinely international.
