The business

Leeds-based tech recruitment, £5m+ turnover, small experienced team. Founder-led. Profitable. No politics.

They're not filling a seat. They'll move when they meet the right person.

The role

You'll run your own desk across software, cloud, data and digital.

There are existing client relationships you'll have access to. But the expectation is that you build alongside that - not rely on it.

You can win new clients, grow accounts properly and manage the full process without needing direction.

The environment

Small team. Senior people. No heavy KPIs, no micromanagement, no one looking over your shoulder counting calls.

You're trusted to raise the level, not just maintain it.
