Contract Length: 3 Months (w/ Potential Extension)

Umbrella Rate: £430 PD (Inside IR35)

Location: London

Working Pattern: Hybrid (2 Days on Site PW)

We are recruiting multiple Braze-certified Platform Administrators / Campaign Builders for a leading, mass-media and telecommunications company.

You will configure, maintain, and optimise the Braze Customer Engagement Platform, working within cross-functional squads to build campaign journeys. This is a technical, hands-on role focused on turning marketing strategy into high-quality Braze builds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure Braze settings, integrations, APIs, SDKs
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and workspaces
  • Support marketing teams with journey planning and campaign execution
  • Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance
  • Troubleshoot issues and optimise workflows
  • Build campaigns using Braze catalogues and follow briefs from planning teams

Required Skills

  • Full Braze certification
  • Strong experience building campaigns in Braze
  • Technical knowledge of integrations (APIs/SDKs)
  • Background in CRM and/or digital marketing
  • Understanding of campaign creation processes

Desirable

  • SQL skills
  • Experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations
