Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst to be part of a Data & Analytics team dedicated to projects for an international market. You will be collecting and formalising business requirements for the implementation of Data & Analytics projects with ETL and Data Visualization tools.
Role Responsibilities
- Build a test book and pre-test the solution developed by our Data Engineers against business requirements
- Act as PM in simple Data & Analytics projects, and as PMO in complex Data & Analytics projects
- Support the Data & Analytics technical leader in the implementation of a new Data Platform based on MS Fabric
Qualifications and Skills [Must have]
- At least 5 years of proven working experience as an IT Business Analyst in the Insurance industry, preferably with projects in Data & Analytics
- Business and functional knowledge of Insurance lifecycle
- At least 5 years of proven working experience as PM / PMO in designing and monitoring a project plan, with the support of Data & Analytics technical leader for the estimation of Dev tasks
- Ability to write SQL queries
- Proficient knowledge of English written and spoken, at least C1
- Proactivity, analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
Qualifications and Skills [Nice to have]
- Working experience in Commercial insurance or Reinsurance
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric data platform
- Knowledge of ETL tools such as Alteryx or Microsoft Data Factory
- Knowledge of Data Visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau
