Apprentice Associate Technical Project Manager (UKAPPS)
Every project needs to be managed to ensure its success and as an Associate IT Project Manager. You will know what needs to be achieved, how it will be achieved, how long it will take and how much it will cost, and works with the project team to achieve the outcome whilst gaining a qualification within Associate Project Management with Babington.
Role
- The position is for Associate IT Project Manager, who is responsible for the delivery of projects within our current transformation programme.
- Every project needs to be managed to ensure its success and as an Associate IT Project Manager you will know what needs to be achieved, how it will be achieved, how long it will take and how much it will cost, and works with the project team to achieve the required outcomes.
- We’ll teach you how to become an expert in project management, starting with the basics and working up to more complex project work over a period of time.
- All projects will focus on delivery of software in a Cloud environment, so you’ll also learn about the Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) in addition to your formal training, and have the option to obtain AWS Cloud Practitioner certification.
Training
- Associate Project Manager Level 4 Standard
- Functional Skills maths and English if required
- Apprenticeship to be completed remotely, with six hours of off the job training.
Potential to secure a permanent position upon completion of apprenticeship.
