What You’ll Do  

As a Data Manager at PFM, you’ll play a vital role in managing and maintaining high-quality data for clients around the world. From handling advanced sensor configurations to resolving support tickets, you’ll be right in the action. 

Your responsibilities will include:  

• Sensor Management : Install, validate, and upgrade sensors to ensure accurate and reliable data 
• Toolbox Oversight : Manage data repairs, create new client sites, configure exports 
•   Helpdesk Collaboration : Resolve data and sensor-related queries, address offline notifications, and assist support teams 
• Other Duties : Retrieve / scrape data and support client-specific tasks and issue lists

Schedule  

• Day shift - 9 till 5:30 pm 
• Monday to Friday
