Baltic Apprenticeships are working in partnership with Philips to find their next IT Apprentice.
Role
- Monitor and report on the connectivity status of customer systems
- Check system reachability and liaise with Field Service Engineers to resolve connectivity issues
- Review previous connection attempts and identify recurring issues
- Support engineers with the installation and configuration of edge routers and 4G routers
- Assist with customer VPN migrations and remote connectivity requests
- Manage customer exclusion lists and maintain accurate system records
- Produce regular reports on connectivity performance and installation success rates
- Communicate with customers regarding remote connectivity and service updates
- Support the UK & Ireland Remote Support Lead and wider Field and Remote Engineering teams
- Gain hands-on experience supporting the IT infrastructure that enables critical healthcare technology across the UK
