Deputy Head of Technology
PIB (Employee benefits) consultants adopt an approach of supporting organisations across all areas of financial and non-financial rewards that meet the needs of a business and its employees. This includes healthcare, corporate pensions, risk, employee benefit communications and employee benefits technology.We are currently seeking to appoint a Deputy Head Of Technology with a proven number of years experience in technology management, including experience overseeing software development and implementation teams, within Employee Benefits What They Will Be Doing
- Provide strategic leadership and support technological advancement and innovation within the Employee Benefits division.
- Assist the Head of Technology in managing service delivery, developing robust reporting systems, and ensuring benefit platform & delivery functions align with corporate strategies.
- Create and implement technology strategies and roadmaps across infrastructure, solutions, data, and analytics.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure technology initiatives support business goals and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee the reliability, security, and effectiveness of systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and manage cybersecurity risks.
- Proven experience in benefit platform & delivery management, ideally within the Employee Benefits or financial services sector.
- Strong strategic planning and leadership skills, with a track record of driving digital transformation.
- Experience in developing and implementing technology strategies and roadmaps.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple business functions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage compliance, risk, and cybersecurity within a regulated environment.
