Hybrid - working based mostly on site in Amersham but with some home working opportunity.

What you will be doing

• Turning business opportunities in the form of product enhancements into clear requirements and documentation

• Working with stakeholders across software engineering, product operations and finance to drive practical outcomes

• Analysing data and process flows to recommend improvements that stick

• Supporting delivery teams to make sure solutions land properly without fuss

What you will need to bring

• Solid experience as a Business Analyst in a commercial environment
• Experience within a digital products or SaaS business structure
• Experience of working alongside engineering teams
• Highly Numerate
• Analytical, can read and disseminate reports from multiple formats
• Strong documentation skills without overcomplicating things
• Excellent communication skills, ability to build constructive relationships
