What You'll Be Doing

• Leading development across a modern, serverless-first stack (Vercel, Neon, AWS Lambda)
• Building and maintaining robust APIs and services used by enterprise clients
• Owning delivery end-to-end — from discovery through to deployment and performance
• Shaping engineering culture, tooling, and processes as the team grows

What You'll Need to Bring

• 8+ years' full-stack experience, with strong TypeScript across backend (Express/Next.js) and frontend (React/Vue/Angular)
• Solid cloud-native DevOps skills (AWS or GCP) — no server hugging here
• A sharp eye for quality, with strong testing and CI/CD practices
• Curiosity and ideas around how to harness generative AI in real-world products
