Product Manager / Business Analyst (Tech for Good – Consumer SaaS)

Location: Amersham / Hybrid 3 days a week in office minimum

Type: Full-time

Salary: £70k - 75k + benefits

About Us

We’re a mission‐driven Tech for Good organisation using technology to improve lives at scale. Our consumer SaaS platform empowers people to make better decisions, access support, and navigate everyday challenges with confidence. As we grow, we’re looking for a Product Manager / Business Analyst who cares deeply about social impact, user experience, and building products that genuinely help people.

If you’re motivated by purpose as much as product, you’ll thrive here.

The Role

This Product Manager / Product Analyst role places you at the centre of shaping a product that helps people at critical times in their lives. You’ll evaluate UX/UI hands‐on, map real‐world user journeys, and ensure our service is accessible, inclusive, and genuinely helpful. You’ll combine data, empathy, and Service Design thinking to create experiences that reduce friction, increase trust, and deliver measurable impact for the people who rely on us.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and evolve the product roadmap with a focus on social impact and user wellbeing
  • Evaluate and critique UX/UI directly, identifying usability issues and opportunities to improve accessibility and clarity
  • Conduct journey mapping and Service Design analysis to understand how users experience our service end‐to‐end
  • Translate insights into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
  • Use behavioural data, user research, and feedback from lived‐experience groups to inform decisions
  • Work closely with engineering to deliver features that are intuitive, inclusive, and aligned with our mission
  • Support go‐to‐market planning to ensure a seamless, supportive experience across all touchpoints
  • Continuously monitor the customer journey to reduce barriers and increase positive outcomes

What You Bring

  • Experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or hybrid role in a SaaS environment
  • Strong ability to evaluate UX/UI, identify design issues, and propose practical, user‐centred improvements, use Figma etc
  • Experience with Service Design concepts, journey mapping, and designing for accessibility and inclusion
  • A passion for Tech for Good and a desire to build products that create real, measurable impact
  • Excellent communication skills — able to articulate design rationale and technical requirements clearly
  • Comfortable working in an agile environment with cross‐functional teams
  • Empathy, curiosity, and a commitment to understanding diverse user needs

Why Join Us

  • Work on a product that improves lives and contributes to positive social change
  • A culture built on purpose, collaboration, and compassion
  • Real ownership — your work will directly shape the experience of thousands of users
  • Competitive salary, flexible working, and opportunities for personal and professional growth
