You'll play a key role in improving digital customer experiences by:

• Owning and enhancing customer journeys from discovery through to booking
• Identifying friction points and delivering seamless, user-friendly experiences
• Analysing customer behaviour using ContentSquare to generate actionable insights
• Leading UX input into A/B testing and optimisation programmes
• Working closely with Product and commercial teams to improve conversion
• Conducting user research to validate ideas and inform design decisions
• Championing accessibility and best practice across digital experiences
• Defining UX standards to ensure consistency across all customer journeys

We're looking for someone who can bring both creativity and analytical thinking, including:

• Proven experience in a UX or digital optimisation role
• Strong customer journey analysis and optimisation skills
• Experience using behavioural analytics platforms such as ContentSquare
• Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation tools such as AB Tasty
• Experience working alongside Product or commercial teams
• The ability to translate insight into practical improvements
• Experience within high-volume digital environments is desirable
• Knowledge of improving transactional or booking journeys
• Accessibility experience and a passion for inclusive design
• Previous experience as a Senior UX professional or Experience Designer would be highly advantageous
