🚀 We're hiring a CRO Shopify Developer to build what actually drives revenue.
PM Digital is a full-funnel CRO agency for 7 to 9 figure DTC brands.
We don't build Shopify stores just because they look good. We build, test, and optimise the entire customer journey after the click.
Landing pages. Product pages. Buy boxes. Cart. Checkout. Subscription flows.

🎯 THE ROLE
You join a pod led by a CRO Strategist, working across 4 to 6 brands every week.
You're the person who turns high-converting ideas into reality.
Designs become Shopify sections. CRO hypotheses become A/B tests. Winning ideas get shipped fast.
You'll build landing pages, product pages, custom sections, buy boxes, subscription experiences, bundle flows, cart improvements, and experimentation frameworks that are seen by hundreds of thousands of visitors.
Every build is expected to be production-ready, mobile-first, and built to win.
🛠️ YOUR WEEKLY OUTPUT
→ Shopify landing pages
→ Product page improvements
→ Buy boxes and subscription experiences
→ Cart and checkout optimisations
→ A/B and multivariate tests
→ Custom Shopify sections and blocks
→ Performance improvements and QA
✅ WHAT YOU NEED
→ 3+ years building on Shopify
→ Strong Liquid, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
→ Speed and execution quality utilising Ai tools to build pages, sections and improve performance on stores
→ Comfortable building custom sections from scratch, not editing templates
→ Experience translating Figma into clean, scalable Shopify builds
→ Experience with A/B testing platforms like Convert.com, Intelligems, VWO or similar
→ Mobile-first mindset by default
→ Strong understanding of Shopify apps, subscriptions, bundles and ecommerce UX
→ Comfortable using AI tools like Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT or similar to increase speed
→ You care about why something converts, not just whether it works
⚡ THE HONEST PART
This is agency pace. Deadlines matter. Feedback is direct.
The quality bar is high. You'll often build several CRO experiments in a week, not spend three weeks polishing one feature.
We don't celebrate writing clever code. We celebrate increasing revenue.
If you need constant direction or detailed tickets for every task, this role probably isn't for you.
