UK- Senior Account Manager
Job Responsibilities:
-Familiar with the luxury industry in Europe, with extensive experience in incubating and operating sellers, able to quickly segment and manage sellers, clarify category seller product structure and supply situation, and formulate growth paths for KA and PKA sellers. Provide growth assistance for sellers at different levels, continuously optimize seller operation mechanisms.
-Understanding of cross-border luxury e-commerce systems, able to develop different development goals for sellers based on platform characteristics and model requirements, coordinate to solve problems encountered by sellers after joining the platform, and promote rapid growth in product expansion and sales for sellers.
Insight into the operational dynamics of competitors, analysis of platform user composition and hot-selling categories, explore business opportunities, and drive growth for sellers of different levels and types.
-Familiar with trends in the luxury market and able to undertake clue gathering and management at the brand level. Familiar with the structure of new, hot-selling, and leftover European products in the Chinese market, improve user relationships and user stickiness through product precipitation, anticipate industry opportunities, and apply them to different sellers.
-Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams such as product and BI, combine seller/operational pain points, and push forward optimization solutions to continuously improve customer experience.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience in e-commerce platforms, experience in luxury brand seller/category operations is a plus.
-Native English speaker level. Additionally, European work experience or residence, familiarity with European luxury and trend culture, proficiency in Chinese will be considered a plus, and proficiency in Italian, French, Spanish, or German is highly desirable.
-Clear logical thinking, possess methodology, have successful 0-1 project experience in past work.
-Strong self-drive, proactive, good at communication, strong project coordination ability, good at cross-departmental work promotion, and able to take the initiative.
-Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software, above average ability in Excel (formulas/pivot tables, etc.). Possess strong sense and analysis abilities for the luxury market and data.
