SalesforceFSL Architect

Essential:

• 10+ years total Salesforce development experience with at least 3 years focused on FSL implementations
• Hands‐on expertise in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC/Aura, Flow Builder, Process Builder
• Proven experience configuring FSL components: service resources, skills, work types, crews, scheduling optimizer, etc.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with REST/SOAP services and external systems
• Good understanding of Service Cloud objects: Cases, Work Orders, Entitlements
• Familiarity with mobile offline synchronization patterns and FSL Mobile configuration
• Certified Platform Developer I (mandatory); FSL Consultant and/or Platform Developer II preferred
• Experience with SFDX, unlocked packages, CI/CD and automated testing frameworks
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar discipline
