Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Author with hands-on experience in Okta to Entra ID migration . The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate knowledge articles , technical run manuals , and documentation for SaaS applications .

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of Okta and Entra ID migration processes
• Experience in documenting SaaS application workflows and integrations
• Ability to create detailed technical runbooks , user guides , and knowledge base articles
