Finance Graduate

The Job:

You will gain exposure to a broad range of finance and technology-related activities, including:

  • Assisting with bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Investigating discrepancies and helping to strengthen financial controls.
  • Supporting month-end accounts and basic journal entries.
  • Monitoring cash movements and processing employee expenses.
  • Assisting with audits and finance projects.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiencies.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of AI and automation solutions within finance.
  • Helping to digitise and streamline accounting processes.
  • Supporting the wider business with Microsoft 365 and working towards becoming a Microsoft 365 Champion.
  • Assisting with IT procurement and maintaining asset information across multiple sites.
  • Providing general support to the finance team and wider business.

The Person:

  • The successful candidate will have a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills are essential.
  • Excellent Excel skills are required.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
