Role
Duties will include:
- Matching candidates to live vacancies using CRM and job boards
- Reviewing applications received for different vacancies
- Interviewing potential candidates both over the telephone and face to face
- Creating candidate profiles inputting details to candidate trackers and CRM Registering candidates for work – sending necessary documentation via email.
- Collecting and taking copies of candidates RTW docs and carrying out all compliance checks for candidates before starting work
- Uploading Documents to Inhouse CRM Dealing with email enquiries and queries from candidates
- Answering telephones dealing with potential candidates enquiring for work.
Training
- Recruitment resourcer Level 2 Standard.
- Teaching and learning the skills, knowledge and behaviours to be a competent Resourcer within a Recruitment sector.
