Job Description – Full Stack Engineer (Permanent)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and MongoDB, along with solid backend and API development skills.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions using modern frontend frameworks and robust backend services.

Core Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development or IT automation
• Proven experience delivering scalable and reliable full-stack solutions
• Strong experience working in Agile development environments
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines using tools like Tekton and GitHub Actions
• Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of code versioning systems, especially GitHub Enterprise

Key Responsibilities

• Develop intuitive and responsive frontend applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs with MongoDB as the primary database
• Build and maintain high-performance RESTful and GraphQL APIs
• Integrate frontend and backend components to deliver complete end-to-end solutions
• Ensure applications are scalable, secure, reliable, and high-performing
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver user-centric and accessible interfaces
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and best practices
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and architecture

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Solid experience with MongoDB and server-side development
• Experience designing and integrating frontend application entry points such as dashboards and portals
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL API design
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

General Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities
• Document architecture designs, workflows, security controls, and lifecycle processes
• Embed security-first principles across all development workflows
• Monitor system performance and application health to drive continuous improvement

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (mandatory)
• Master's degree is an added advantage
