Production Support Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Production Support Engineer to provide end-to-end support for POS applications in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incidents, problems, and change requests within SLA targets
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across Swift-based POS applications and Java microservices
- Perform log analysis, service dependency tracing, and root cause investigation
- Support production releases, upgrades, and critical business events
- Coordinate with engineering and support teams to ensure timely issue resolution
- Prepare operational reports and ensure smooth shift handovers
Required Skills:
- Strong Production/Application Support experience
- Swift (iOS) and Java microservices troubleshooting
- Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Log analysis and distributed systems debugging
- Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
