Service Desk Engineer Apprenticeship

Are you passionate about technology and eager to kick-start your career in IT? We are looking for an enthusiastic ICT Apprentice to join our team as a Service Desk Engineer. The role of Service Desk Engineer is to implement and deliver remote support to the client base through service desk functions using knowledge, skills and appropriate tools.

• To deliver first class remote support to every client in relation to all IT issues, requirements and needs.
• To satisfy end user requirements with recommendations on their infrastructure.
• To give advice on best practice for all queries whether this is a Prism / Mode1 product or other.
• To maintain excellent relationships with all end clients that you carry out any work for.
• To work closely with all departments to help internal processes run smoothly and benefit all end users i.e. Helping with quotes, giving correct and useful information to other members of the team. 
• Provide all service desk users with up-to-date information regarding faults, account notes and client details to maintain smooth running of the service desk.
