Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager EMEA - Location: Remote! This role is not limited to the UK - we will look at applicants from all over Europe!

As they continue their rapid international growth, we're searching for a Marketing Manager (EMEA) to elevate their brand presence across Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves combining event management, digital storytelling, and creative strategy and wants to be part of a company making a genuine difference in healthcare.

 

What You'll Do

  • Lead and execute industry events, tradeshows, and conferences from strategy and logistics to on site delivery.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure events and campaigns align with commercial and brand goals.
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns that amplify event impact and drive lead generation.
  • Oversee social media and content marketing across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and other channels to strengthen visibility and engagement.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships ensuring every campaign delivers maximum ROI.
  • Produce and adapt case studies, success stories, and thought leadership content for the EMEA market.
  • Track and report on event and digital campaign performance, providing insights for ongoing optimisation.

 

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally within tech, medtech, or AI driven industries.
  • Proven experience planning and delivering large scale events (tradeshows, conferences, or executive offsites).
  • Strong background in digital marketing, including social media, paid campaigns, and content creation.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Creative thinker who can translate complex technology into compelling, human centric stories.
  • Fluent in English (a second European language is a plus).
  • Comfortable in a fast paced, international environment with cross functional collaboration.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe for key events (approximately 20-30%).
