Director, Sales / Business Development – Europe (MRI AI Software)

We're supporting a fast-moving, well-established medical software company specialising in AI for MRI performance and workflow optimisation, as they appoint a European Sales Director to drive the next phase of growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role owning commercial execution across key European markets — building pipeline, closing complex enterprise deals, expanding strategic accounts, and shaping a scalable go-to-market approach.

The role

• Own and execute European sales strategy across multiple markets
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles and executive-level engagements
• Scale pipeline predictability, forecasting and sales discipline
• Build and develop high-performing regional sales teams
• Drive partnerships and ecosystem relationships across healthcare

The profile

• 10–15+ years in senior sales / business development roles
• Strong enterprise B2B track record in healthcare, medtech or software
• Experience selling into hospitals or enterprise healthcare systems
• Comfortable operating across multi-country European markets
• Imaging, diagnostic software or healthcare AI experience highly valued
