IT Apprenticeship
Proman is currently seeking a passionate IT Support Technical Apprentice to join its dynamic team and contribute to the continued development of its IT infrastructure. The company is committed to nurturing talent that embodies its culture and values while delivering exceptional performance
Role
- Respond to user queries and issues via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software
- Monitor system performance and report any issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems.
- Provide support for software updates and patches
- Test and troubleshoot software applications
- Assist in monitoring and responding to security incidents
- Conduct regular audits of data security practices.
Training
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
