Digital Project Manager

Our client, a growing digital consultancy, is seeking a superb Digital Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of EMEA and North America clients.

The project types are implementations of marketing automation products within end client organisations.

This is a client-facing delivery role from pitch through to go live. You will own multiple concurrent projects, manage budgets and timelines, and be the primary interface between internal teams, customers and wider stakeholders. The environment is ambitious and high energy.

The role is predominantly remote with occasional travel to the Liverpool head office, so easy access to Liverpool is beneficial but not essential.

You must have the following to apply:

• 5+ years of digital/tech project management with proven delivery results
• Digital agency or consultancy background with multi-client experience
• Expert communicator — able to lead conversations at all levels and translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Strong commercial and financial project controls including revenue reporting and budget ownership
• Proven ability to manage concurrent projects with competing priorities without dropping quality

Highly beneficial:

• Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent)
• Experience with Kantata, Jira or similar PSA/project tooling

• You do not have digital agency or consultancy experience
• You are an infrastructure, networking or business change PM
• You cannot demonstrate strong client-facing communication skills
