Engineering Supervisor

The Role

As Engineering Supervisor, you’ll oversee day-to-day engineering operations within a critical environment, ensuring all systems operate at peak performance. You’ll lead a team of engineers, drive compliance, and act as a key decision-maker during technical incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of engineers across shift operations
• Ensure all critical infrastructure (electrical, mechanical, HVAC) is maintained to the highest standards
• Act as HV Authorised Person (AP) – managing switching operations and ensuring safety compliance
• Lead incident response and root cause analysis for critical failures
• Plan and oversee PPMs and reactive maintenance activities
• Maintain compliance with HSE, client procedures, and industry standards
• Liaise with stakeholders and provide technical reports and updates

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a critical data centre or mission-critical environment
• HV Authorised Person (AP) certification – essential
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Solid understanding of electrical and/or mechanical systems
• Experience with permit-to-work systems and safe systems of work
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make decisive calls
