Junior Data Centre Facilities Maintenance Engineer Location: Gatwick Area, UK Salary: £40,000 + 10% Bonus + Excellent Benefits Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

One of the world’s largest and most respected data centre organisations is seeking a Junior Data Centre Facilities Maintenance Engineer to join their growing UK team. Working at a state-of-the-art data centre near Gatwick, you will support the maintenance and operation of critical infrastructure, ensuring reliability and uptime. This role is ideal for a qualified electrician looking to transition into a future-proof and highly sought-after industry.

Key Requirements:

Fully qualified Electrician (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations)

Some maintenance experience preferred, but candidates from commercial or industrial installation backgrounds are encouraged

Backgrounds in production maintenance or the armed forces (especially Royal Navy) are highly desirable

Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and develop

Ability to pass a DBS security check (clean criminal record required)

Must live within a 1 hour minute commute of the Gatwick area
