Lead Safety & Compliance at the Forefront of AI Infrastructure

An exceptional opportunity to join a state-of-the-art data centre campus in Slough, supporting a high-profile global client driving advanced AI and digital innovation.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll take ownership of QHSE strategy across multiple mission-critical facilities, ensuring world-class standards in safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

If you're looking to step into a role with real influence, cutting-edge technology exposure, and clear career progression, this is it.

The Opportunity

As QHSE & Compliance Manager, you will lead all aspects of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental performance across a large-scale, technically advanced campus.

You’ll work at the heart of a collaborative, high-performing team — shaping safety culture, driving compliance, and supporting business continuity in an environment where precision and reliability are non-negotiable.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and deliver the site-wide QHSE strategy aligned with global standards
  • Drive a strong safety culture across teams, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Ensure the campus remains audit-ready at all times (internal & external audits)
  • Oversee and continuously improve Integrated Management Systems
  • Manage risk, compliance, and assurance programmes, including ISO standards
  • Lead incident investigations, identifying trends and driving improvements
  • Support business continuity and crisis management planning
  • Deliver engaging training and development programmes for site teams
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and client representatives
  • Provide detailed reporting on QHSE performance, risks, and initiatives

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Work in a cutting-edge, AI-driven data centre environment
  • Manage QHSE across a large, complex, multi-building campus
  • Strong career progression within a rapidly growing sector
  • Partner with a prestigious, forward-thinking client
  • Influence strategy, culture, and operational excellence at scale

What My client is Looking For

  • Proven experience in a QHSE leadership role within critical environments (Data Centres, FM, or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation and ISO standards
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g. NEBOSH, IEMA, or equivalent)
  • Experience managing integrated management systems and audits
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset

Be Part of Something Bigger

Join a team delivering mission-critical infrastructure powering the future of AI and digital technology. This is your chance to make a real impact in a role that combines technical challenge, leadership, and long-term career growth.
