Senior Sales Manager

We are partnering with a high-growth international organisation seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive new business across the global iGaming market.

This is a pure hunter role suited to a commercially astute sales professional with a strong track record of winning and closing complex B2B SaaS deals within the iGaming ecosystem. The successful candidate will be confident engaging C-level stakeholders, navigating long sales cycles, and consistently achieving revenue targets.

The Opportunity

You will take ownership of the full sales lifecycle, building and converting a high-quality pipeline of casino and sportsbook operators globally. This is a strategic, outward-facing role with significant autonomy, industry exposure, and direct impact on revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted B2B acquisition strategies within the iGaming sector
  • Proactively identify, approach, and convert new clients through structured outbound activity
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close
  • Deliver tailored, consultative product demonstrations aligned to client commercial objectives
  • Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders
  • Represent the business at international industry events and conferences
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client success
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting discipline

Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years’ B2B sales experience within iGaming (SaaS, affiliate, or related technology solutions preferred)
  • Demonstrable history of exceeding revenue targets and closing high-value, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Strong commercial acumen with a consultative, value-led sales approach
  • Confident communicator with executive presence
  • Highly self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven
  • Fluent English
