Were seeking an experienced Yardi Support Specialist to play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing the Yardi platform across residential, commercial, and maintenance systems.

The Role As a Yardi Support Specialist, you will: Administer and maintain Yardi Voyager, Yardi One, Site Manager, CRM Flex & RentCafé.

Lead upgrades, integrations, enhancements, and testing.

Design and maintain custom reports, tasks, and scripts.

Provide support, training, and documentation for users across the business.

Collaborate with finance, real estate, and IT teams to ensure best practice and data integrity.

About You Were looking for someone who is: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated.

Experienced with Yardi Voyager 7S (3 years) including implementations and upgrades.

Skilled in ETLs, SQL, and ideally YSR/SSRS.

Comfortable explaining complex systems to non-technical users.

Able to work with stakeholders at all levels to deliver improvements.

Nice to Have Knowledge of the property sector or real estate investment.

Familiarity with SaaS integrations, Power BI, or SharePoint Online.

ITIL or PMP certification.
