Business Development Manager - SaaS/PropTech/Workplace Analytics

We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to support the growth of a data-led platform focused on space utilisation, workplace analytics and estate optimisation.

The platform combines SaaS technology, utilisation studies and consultancy services to help organisations better understand how buildings and workspaces are used, enabling smarter estate decisions and improved operational efficiency.

This role will focus on identifying and developing new customer opportunities, working closely with internal stakeholders to shape solutions that deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across organisations managing large property portfolios
• Drive adoption of a space utilisation and analytics SaaS platform
• Promote associated services including utilisation studies, monitoring and consultancy
• Develop high-quality commercial proposals tailored to customer requirements
• Work with internal subject matter experts to design compelling customer solutions
• Present proposals confidently to senior stakeholders
• Build strong early-stage client relationships and act as a trusted point of contact
• Identify opportunities to expand services and deliver additional value to customers
• Track and report on business development activity, pipeline and performance metrics

Experience Required:

• Proven experience in business development, solution sales or account development
• Experience selling technology, SaaS, property solutions or workplace services
• Strong ability to develop commercial proposals and engage senior stakeholders
• Comfortable working across both technology and consultancy-led offerings
• Experience engaging organisations with large property or estate portfolios would be beneficial
