Order-to-Cash (OTC) SME
About the Role:
We are seeking an Order-to-Cash (OTC) Subject Matter Expert to join our Digital Strategy Programme. You will lead the design and implementation of OTC processes, transforming how the organisation manages customer engagement, billing, revenue assurance, cash collection, and dispute management.
This is a business-facing role, working with senior stakeholders, SMEs, and end-users to deliver best-practice solutions that support long-term strategic goals and enable a seamless cost-to-cash journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as SME for OTC, designing and implementing to-be processes to resolve current pain points.
- Lead improvements in order management, billing, revenue recognition, accounts receivable, and collections.
- Strengthen governance, risk management, and compliance across OTC processes.
- Support automation, analytics, and dashboards to improve transparency and efficiency.
- Collaborate with delivery and finance teams to ensure alignment across functions.
- Partner with implementation teams to ensure effective solution design, testing, and deployment.
- Act as a change champion, supporting training, communication, and adoption of new processes.
Experience & Skills:
- Strong understanding of the full OTC cycle.
- Experience in billing, collections, forecasting, and cash management.
- Property management or financial sector experience desirable.
- Proficient in ERP systems and financial data tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification in Finance preferred.
