Our client, an advisory business, is seeking a Senior UI/UX Architect (Digital User experience) to help shape tools used by internal client-facing teams. These tools operate in complex, enterprise environments and require thoughtful, scalable design solutions. Under the oversight of a Lead Digital Experience Architect, the role will sit within a cross-functional team, where responsibilities are fluid and evolving.
The ideal candidate will bring awareness of product, service and systems thinking, collaborative instincts, and hands-on experience using AI and emerging technologies to accelerate design and research workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate complex requirements, user stories, PoCs and/or use cases into clear, intuitive experiences that enable internal teams to deliver high-quality services.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and deliver new tools from the ground up.
- Rapidly explore and prototype new UX patterns and web experiences using both traditional methods and AI-powered design tools.
- Design thoughtful, scalable UX solutions for complex B2B systems that support a range of personas and use cases.
- Navigate ambiguity and help define the problem space through early discovery activities before jumping into solutions.
- Create clear artifacts: journey maps, user flows and task analysis, that guide product decisions and support delivery.
- Use research and analytics, including AI-assisted research synthesis and A/B testing, to inform design decisions and measure the impact of experience changes.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure high fidelity in implementation, paying close attention to performance and accessibility.
- Identify and reduce complexity in existing tools, improving workflows through reusable patterns and design systems.
- Support a collaborative team environment where non-designers actively contribute to design and research, providing guidance where needed.
