Growth Leader

Our client is an established Managed Services Provider in North London, with 20+ years of steady growth, ISO 27001 and Cyber accreditations, and a client base spanning SMEs, charities, and education across the UK. Managed IT support, cyber security, cloud, Microsoft 365 and AI consultancy delivered proactively, with a mission to make IT work.

The delivery side is proven. The commercial side is the opportunity.

The role

This is the senior commercial hire in the business. You will own new business end-to-end: ICP, proposition, pipeline, conversion, and recurring revenue growth. You will do it personally first, then build the function around you.

You are being paid to help build the business, not to chase a quota.

What we're looking for;

A business-minded operator who has genuinely grown revenue, not just managed an inherited patch

A track record of winning new logos and building recurring revenue in B2B services

MSP experience preferred; adjacent sectors welcome (IT services, cyber, telecoms, cloud, technology-led services) where the commercial record stands up.

A history of promotions inside the same companies the sort of career where employers kept betting on you

Experience of leading people, owning a number, and earning trust in an entrepreneurial environment

A relevant black book is a bonus. Early wins would be very welcome

The expectation;

Two or more new logos per month, against an agreed ICP and MRR value.

The long game;

Growth Leader, into senior leadership, into leadership of the business with EMI / equity participation. This is a successor path for someone who wants a stake in what they build.

Package

£100,000 – £150,000 base, plus variable tied directly to new MRR. Hybrid working from North London, with client-facing travel across London and the UK.
