We are currently seeking a seasoned Hybrid BA/PM professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and leadership capabilities, with a proven track record in both business analysis and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business analysis and requirements elicitation through stakeholder interviews and workshops
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure alignment with business needs
  • Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and delivery schedules
  • Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure successful delivery
  • Provide regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Business Analysis: Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation
  • Project Management: Minimum 5 years of experience in managing projects, planning resources, and delivery oversight
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
