We are currently seeking a seasoned Hybrid BA/PM professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and leadership capabilities, with a proven track record in both business analysis and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct business analysis and requirements elicitation through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure alignment with business needs
- Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and delivery schedules
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure successful delivery
- Provide regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience:
- Business Analysis: Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation
- Project Management: Minimum 5 years of experience in managing projects, planning resources, and delivery oversight
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
