Founding Enterprise Account Executive - Paapi (London, UK)

Paapi is hiring a founding AE to own and scale new logo revenue.

As the first commercial hire, the role is ideal for someone entrepreneurially minded, looking to take ownership and have a massive impact on an early stage startup - running full-cycle enterprise sales while working closely with the CEO and founding team to continually refine and optimise the GTM engine from ICP definition to messaging, to tools and processes, and hiring (with potential to then lead and grow the commercial team out)

Mainly office-based in central London (on the southbank), with time out in the field/ some international travel being expected.

Paapi is a measurement and performance optimisation platform for marketers to maximise returns on their cross-channel ad spend - tracking, analysing and activating user data to optimise.

We connect ad platforms with first-party user journeys to:

  • Deduplicate overclaimed conversions
  • Show the full cross-channel path to conversion
  • Surface what’s actually driving revenue
  • Feed insights back into activation to cut wasted spend

Pre-seed backed (£420k, SFC Capital), accelerating towards seed - early enterprise deals closed with leading performance advertisers.

What you’ll do

  • Own enterprise new business and hit revenue targets
  • Run full sales cycles: discovery → close
  • Build pipeline (outbound, inbound, partners)
  • Shape ICP, messaging, and sales playbooks
  • Feed deal insights back into product
  • Drive land-and-expand with customers

What success looks like (first 3–6 months)

  • Strong enterprise pipeline with clear close plans
  • First customer closed
  • Clear pattern emerging: who buys, why, how we win

You

  • Proven enterprise seller (complex, multi-stakeholder deals)
  • Strong at discovery and value-led selling
  • Comfortable building from scratch
  • Commercially sharp (pricing, ROI, negotiation)
  • Highly motivated by joining an early stage startup
  • AdTech / MarTech / measurement experience
