Description

As Business Development Manager, you will drive enterprise growth across the UK, focusing on large, complex estate-level opportunities. This is a full-cycle, consultative sales role where you will:

  • Identify and develop new opportunities across key target sectors
  • Lead outbound and account-based sales activity
  • Run discovery sessions to uncover operational, financial and net-zero drivers
  • Deliver compelling solution demonstrations and ROI-led presentations
  • Build commercial proposals for multi-site deployments
  • Manage multiple stakeholders across technical, commercial and executive levels
  • Own deals from first conversation through to close
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management

Sales cycles typically range from single-site pilots to multi-year, multi-property agreements.

Profile

You are commercially minded, confident selling complex value propositions, and experienced in driving consultative B2B sales cycles. Ideal experience includes:

  • B2B SaaS or solution-led sales
  • Managing multi-stakeholder environments
  • Strong discovery, engagement and value-articulation skills
  • Ability to travel for client meetings across the UK
  • Experience producing commercial proposals and negotiating contracts
  • Experience in energy, PropTech, FM, HVAC or smart-buildings is beneficial but not essential - mindset and capability matter most.
