Description
- Lead the financial strategy, ensuring alignment with the organisation's overall goals
- Lead on a major ERP transformation and corporate restructure
- Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor and enhance financial controls to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Analyse financial performance and present recommendations to the executive team.
- Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Support key investment decisions and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Profile
- A professional accountancy qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with proven expertise in finance management. Practice background is preferred
- Experience in a broad leadership role
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
- The ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience in driving financial performance and supporting business growth.
Job Offer
- Salary between £140,000 and £170,000, dependent on the level of experience.
