HRIS Senior Associate
We're seeking an HRIS Analyst to support and enhance HR reporting, analytics, and system processes. The role focuses on data integrity, reporting automation, and improving HR technology capabilities across the full employee lifecycle.

A specialised financial market infrastructure that provides a global multi currency settlement system for foreign exchange transactions, reducing settlement risk through its payment-versus-payment (PvP) mechanism.
Description
- Maintain and improve scheduled, ad-hoc, and exception reports using UKG (Cognos Business Analytics) and other HR systems.
- Review current HR data reporting processes and recommend enhancements.
- Produce accurate HR data extracts and develop advanced analytical reports.
- Strengthen data quality controls, audit processes, and security measures.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Design, test, and implement new reports aligned with systems enhancements and HR process needs.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR operations.
- Support payroll transition activities and collaborate with Finance, Risk, and Audit to ensure governance and controls.
Profile
- Solid experience in HR technology and HR functional processes.
- Experience with UKG, Cognos, or similar reporting tools.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and respect for confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
