You will partner closely with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic hiring across Product, Engineering, Cloud, Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Data, Product, UX/UI, and Senior Leadership roles.

- Partner with R&D leadership to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology and product roles across the UK and international markets.
- Source and engage top talent through proactive search, networking, and leveraging modern recruitment tools.
- Drive a positive candidate experience and uphold employer brand.
- Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to influence hiring decisions.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and maintain accurate reporting.
Profile
A successful Talent Acquisition Business Partner - R&D should have:
- Proven experience recruiting for technology roles
- Strong track record in hiring across R&D disciplines (Software Engineering, Cloud, Infrastructure, Cyber/InfoSec, Data, Product, UX/UI)
- Experience with FTC and permanent hiring in tech sectors
- Familiarity with modern recruitment platforms and tools
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
