Description

* Lead technology, digital and data transformation programmes from strategy through implementation and benefits realisation.

* Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, translating complex challenges into practical solutions.

* Develop technology strategies, investment cases and digital roadmaps aligned to business objectives.

* Oversee systems, platforms and integration programmes to achieve successful business outcomes.

* Design technology-enabled operating models, processes and ways of working.

* Drive data-led decision-making through improved asset information and analytics.

* Support business development activities including proposal development, opportunity shaping and client engagement.

* Coach multidisciplinary teams and foster an inclusive, collaborative working environment.

Profile

* Proven experience as a Technology Consultant leading digital, technology or data transformation engagements.

* Strong consulting background delivering programmes from strategy through implementation.

* Experience delivering systems, platforms or integration initiatives in complex organisations.

* Ability to align business, operational and user needs with technology and process change.

* Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills.

* Commercially aware with experience managing budgets, scope, quality and risk.

* Experience within the Real Estate / National Infrastructure sector or other asset-intensive industries.

* Comfortable navigating ambiguity and delivering outcomes in complex environments.
