As a User Experience Researcher, you will be responsible for gathering and analysing user insights to improve digital services as part of the team in Leeds

Description

• Plan, design, and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (e.g., interviews, usability testing, surveys, diary studies).
• Analyse and synthesise research findings into actionable insights.
• Present research results and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, compelling ways.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Advocate for the user and promote a user-centred design culture across the organisation.
• Maintain a research repository and contribute to best practices and toolkits.

Profile

A successful User Experience Researcher should have:

• Proven experience in UX research, preferably in a product-driven or digital environment.
• Proficiency with research tools such as UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, Maze, etc.
• Strong analytical, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Experience conducting both remote and in-person research.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
