Position: 360 Contracts Recruitment Consultant

Location: London, near Liverpool Street Station

Working Hours: Full-time, 5 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and expand the client base.
• Client Acquisition: Drive client acquisition efforts to secure new contract business opportunities.
• Full Recruitment Cycle: Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to placement.
• Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract top IT talent through various channels.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients you on-board who are hiring IT contractors and interim staff.
• Market Insight: Provide clients with valuable market insights and advice.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and contribute to the agency's growth.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience as a 360 Contracts Recruitment Consultant in the IT sector contract market.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive: Ability to hit the ground running and deliver results.
• Location: Must be able to work in the office near Liverpool Street Station, London, 5 days a week.
