Pagos Consultants is looking for an experienced 360 Contracts Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a warm technology contracts desk while driving new client acquisition across the UK, Europe, and USA markets.

This is a high-autonomy role with genuine growth potential for someone who understands the contract recruitment market and wants to build something significant within a growing specialist agency.

Position: 360 Contracts Recruitment Consultant

Location: London, near Liverpool Street Station

Working Hours: Full-time, 5 days a week

About Us:

We are a progressive specialist recruitment agency operating across technology and high-growth markets: Finance, Fintech, Quant & Senior Appointments. We are expanding our contract division and are looking for a 360 Contract Desk Consultant to take ownership of a warm technology desk while driving new client acquisition.

This is a high-autonomy role with P&L accountability, suited to a commercially sharp contract recruiter who understands how to build, manage, and scale a profitable desk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to generate new business leads and expand the client base
• Drive client acquisition efforts to secure new contract hiring opportunities
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial client engagement through to placement
• Source, identify, and attract high-quality IT and technology contractors across multiple markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients hiring contract and interim technology professionals
• Provide clients with market insights, hiring advice, and commercial guidance
• Negotiate rates, contracts, and commercial terms confidently
• Work closely with colleagues and leadership to contribute to overall business growth and performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a successful 360 Contracts Recruitment Consultant within the IT/Technology contract market
• Strong understanding of the UK, EU, and/or US contract recruitment landscape
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A commercially driven mindset with strong business development capability
• Someone who can hit the ground running and operate with autonomy
• High levels of resilience, urgency, and professionalism
• Must be able to work onsite in our London office near Liverpool Street Station, 5 days a week.
