Senior AI Recruitment Delivery consultant

This year, we have been building our brand and AI partnerships in stealth. We are now ready to bring on a founding delivery recruiter who will serve as a core member of our early team. This role focuses exclusively on filling roles for our AI partners and will shape how Pagos delivers elite recruiting support in one of the fastest moving sectors in the world.

What You Will Do

• Own end to end recruitment delivery for AI focused searches across technical, commercial, and operational functions
• Partner directly with founders, hiring managers, and leadership teams within our AI client portfolio
• Drive high velocity sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement using modern AI powered tools
• Develop search strategies that align with rapidly scaling clients across global markets
• Maintain a best in class candidate experience that reflects Pagos values and industry leadership
• Track performance, pipeline health, and data accuracy to ensure strong delivery outcomes
• Help build and refine internal processes as one of the earliest members of the Pagos delivery team

What You Bring

• Experience placing technical or commercial talent within AI, fintech, SaaS, or high growth technology
• Strength in delivery focused recruiting with a passion for speed, precision, and quality
• Ability to manage multiple searches at once while maintaining a high standard of communication
• Curiosity for AI, advanced technologies, and global payments innovation
• A builder mindset with interest in shaping a recruitment function from the ground up
• Comfort operating in fast paced, ambiguous environments where processes evolve rapidly
