About the role

You'll be part of our Customer Success team, helping new customers set up and get the most out of Paiger - our business development platform for recruiters.

It's a hands-on role where you'll:

• Onboard new customers, run setup calls, and make sure they see value fast
• Build relationships with agency owners and recruiters across the UK and beyond
• Train users on how to use Paiger for business development, content and automation
• Liaise with our product and support teams to make onboarding seamless

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience in recruitment (agency) but is ready for a new challenge
• Enjoys talking to people and building relationships
• Is organised, proactive, and comfortable running client sessions
• Can manage multiple projects at once and stay calm under pressure

Location & working pattern

Our office is in Loughton, Essex - right by the Central Line.

You'll be in the office 4 days a week, with 1 day a week from home.
